Ingredients

1.5 oz Elixir

3 oz Passion Fruit Juice ( Marque Ceres )

0.5 oz Syrup Simple

0.75 oz Lime juice

3 oz Ginger beer

Preparation
Pour all ingredients except ginger beer into a shaker with ice and shake hard, pour everything directly into a rock glass and shave them with ginger beer and more ice if necessary.

Farnish
Mint leaves and pineapple.
