Our products are available to both permit holders and individuals.
HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
FOR PERMIT HOLDERS
Are you interested in offering your customers unique and exceptional products in your establishment?
Contact us for more information and details or to schedule a tasting
at your convenience.
FOR INDIVIDUALS
Our private import products are only available in boxes of 6.
If you want to spoil yourself and get exclusive products that are not available at the SAQ, contact us if you have any questions about the procedure to follow.
Ordering process
THE ORDER
Individuals and license holders: Contact us by email or phone.
Some information will be needed to process your order such as the product, the quantity required, the full name of the person responsible for picking up the order, the name of the establishment (license holders) and also the desired delivery method.
DELIVERY DELAY
Delivery delays can range from 1 to 2 weeks.
If a product is out of stock, we will notify you and let you know if a future arrival is expected.
DELIVERY METHODS
1) Delivery to your establishment (license holders)
2) In a designated branch of the SAQ (contact us for the list)
3) Directly to the SAQ warehouse located at 1947 rue des Futailles in Montreal.
Take note of the warehouse opening hours applicable at the time of your order.
PAYMENT METHODS
Le paiement pour le produit s’effectue directement auprès de la SAQ lors de la remise de votre commande.
Des frais d’agences seront exigés pour le traitement de votre commande et seront payable à notre agence selon les modalités de paiement exigées.
