Protected geographical indication

A precious grape variety from a hilly area located a few kilometers from Naples. The grapes are harvested at the end of September, beginning of October, pressed, started and sent to fermentation at controlled temperature to sublimate their aromas.

Straw yellow in color, with intense floral aromas due to its medium acidity, it goes well with fish dishes, shellfish, appetizers, white meats and slightly aged cheeses.

Serve at a temperature of 9-10 °C
