Protected geographical indication

A precious grape variety from the hilly area located a few kilometers from Naples. The grapes are harvested at full maturity in October, pressed, thressed and sent to fermentation to sublimate the aromas and the body.

Wine red in color, spicy aroma and dry flavor. It goes well with dishes based on red meat, grilled meats, game and matured cheeses.

Serve at a temperature of 15-18 °C
