The choice of organic management has been felt at the estate since its origins as the best way to preserve a natural balance of the territory and the surrounding environment, and thus obtain a wine with a territorial character while respecting the ethics of wine and consumer. The wines produced come from historical vines and the yields are very low with regard to the quality of the product. The vines and the winery rise immersed in a valley at a height of about 450 meters.
Medium yellow lemon in color. On the nose, marked notes of ripe nectarine peaches, aromatic herbs such as thyme and rosemary, sweet citrus fruits of mandarins and mineral notes. On the palate, warmth and sweetness are well supported by a nice acidity.
