The flowers of Sambucus nigra are born on the hills around Asti, Piedmont. The roots of iris as well as the other spices are infused in alcohol in order to make a liqueur with a unique delicacy, softness, with floral and elegant notes. To be served after meal or to be used as an ingredient for original cocktails.
