Pine Liqueur

From resins and pine cones infused into alcohol, we obtain this liqueur identified by a fragrant resin scent accompanied by balsamic scents. Infused in cold alcohol for a long period, so that all the aromatic parts may strongly emanate. The sense of smell is surprised from the outset, taken unawares by limpid resinous and wood scents. Tasting reveals character and body, with spicy notes. It is excellent after a meal, served chilled as an accompaniment to pastries and dried fruit.
