Bergamot Liqueur

This liqueur is characterized by a fragrant aroma of citrus with light floral notes, accompanied by balsamic scents. It is only aromatized thanks to the skin of the fruits, picked fresh in Calabria, in south of Italy; it is then completed with an infusion made from exotic spices, such as vanilla, that give  softness and elegance to the liquor. When tasted, it reveals its body and a interesting bouquet of aromas, from strong floral notes, to the bitter  and citrus ones. It is perfect if served iced at the end of a meal, with puddings or dry pastries.
